Complementary Nature of Services
Energy Movement Techniques ("EMT") offered by ALL are intended to identify and clear discordant energies that may increase a feeling of wellbeing. They do not replace medical care, therapy, or medication.
YOU should not stop, add to, or change any medication or medical treatment plan without the advice and consent of your physician. If YOU do not understand that EMT is a complementary modality and not a substitute for conventional licensed medical treatment, YOU are prohibited from using this website or participating in its services and products.
Voluntary Participation
YOU agree to participate in EMT sessions, consultations, or use of products voluntarily, and YOU accept full responsibility for YOUR own choices, health, and wellbeing.
ALL does not coach or counsel. ALL consults with YOU concerning how EMT may relate to YOUR issues and life. YOU agree to pay for services as outlined in the current fee schedule.
Risks and Outcomes
YOU understand that work and consultation sessions may be energetically, physically, and emotionally impactful, and that no representations or guarantees of results are made.
YOU release and hold ALL harmless from any claims or damages, known or unknown, arising from YOUR participation.
Terminology
Language on this site that overlaps with medical terminology ~ including words such as diagnosis, patient, client, therapy, treatment, or healing ~ is not intended in a clinical or legal sense. No medical, psychological, or health-related claims are intended or asserted. This site is not intended to treat, prevent, mitigate, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
On this site, ALL uses the word "trauma" to describe clusters of stuck, discordant energy that may be detrimental to wellbeing. This is ALL's own working definition, used for the purpose of describing her work, and is not a medical or diagnostic term. ALL does not medically treat trauma. ALL moves energy, and this work may result in an increased feeling of wellness. As stated above, ALL is not a licensed counselor or medical professional.
Personal Choice and Responsibility
YOU are never coerced or pressured to work with ALL. If YOU choose to engage in a session, consultation, or product, YOU do so freely, and by doing so YOU take full responsibility for that choice and its outcome.
