These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between YOU and Aniel Lia Love ("ALL") regarding YOUR use of this website, purchase of services or products, and all associated engagements.
ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, YOU affirm that YOU are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in YOUR jurisdiction, and that YOU possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
SERVICES PROVIDED
ALL offers Energy Movement Techniques (EMT), work sessions, consultations, and related products intended to support personal wellbeing. These are not medical or psychological treatments.
USE OF WEBSITE AND MATERIALS
YOU agree not to misuse this site, copy proprietary material, or infringe on the intellectual property of ALL. Sharing of articles is permitted only when ALL and her website are clearly credited.
PAYMENT TERMS
Prepayment is required for all sessions and products. PayPal is the accepted method of payment. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific offer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $100 fee.
COMMUNICATION AND RECORDING
Personal phone numbers are used only for scheduled, paid sessions. All other communication takes place by email or direct message.
Sessions may not be recorded in any format without ALL's written consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, products, and session materials are owned by ALL and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use or reproduction will be treated as theft and pursued accordingly.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU agree to fully indemnify and hold ALL harmless, retroactively and presently, from any liability or damages arising from use or misuse of this site, its services, products, or article content ~ including property damage, or physical injury or death to YOU or others.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
ALL reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Alabama.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement incorporates the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy and constitutes the entire understanding between YOU and ALL. By continuing to use this website, making a purchase, or scheduling a session, YOU acknowledge that YOU have read, understood, and agree to all terms contained herein.
