Not every session needs to be a deep dive. Sometimes you just want a check-in - a clean sweep of what has accumulated, a quick look at what is sitting in your field, and a lighter step on the way out. That is exactly what the Heal ‘N Go is for.
This is a set protocol of specific indicators that I dowse to check for accumulations in your field. Not all of them will land - but there are enough to check for and clear in a focused 45-minute session that you will leave noticeably lighter than you arrived.
What If Something Bigger Shows Up?
Occasionally we hit a trip wire and the session moves into deeper territory. If that happens the cost stays exactly the same. No harm, no foul. We work on it for a few minutes and you leave more informed than when you arrived. The protocol is abbreviated by design — but it does not flinch if something significant surfaces.
