to your email inbox. Fill out the PDF and return to me before
our first meeting.

I review your completed workbook, take notes and begin orienting to
your material before we meet. My investment is two hours.
The Preparation, Participation & Aftercare (PPA) Guide
The PPA Guide is sent along with the Workbook™.
Read PART 1: Introduction & PART 2: Direct Access & Aftercare
before our first meeting.
Step 2
Our 1st Meeting
Pain Mapping
Plan 2-3 hours
In this meeting we:
review your completed workbook and discuss your history,
including any secondary or forgotten traumas that surface,
go over the Preparation, Participation & Aftercare Guide (PPA Guide).
schedule our first work session.

My investment in this meeting and then, post-meeting, detailing/finalizing
your personal pain map is approximately 4-5 hours.
WORK SESSION
Step 1
Our 2nd Meeting
Plan 2.5 - 3 hours
We meet for your Work Session.
Step 2
Two-days after your Work Session, you receive an email outlining your
Processing Percentages (see the PPA Guide) and further, if needed, clearing work.
Step 3
One month after your Work Session, you receive a check-in email.
