THE FOUNDATION

Step 1 — Investigate Your Trauma Workbook™
Plan 2–3 hours

Once you enroll in the process, you’ll receive the Investigate Your Trauma Workbook™ as a fillable PDF. This is a cornerstone of your healing arc and must be completed before our first meeting.

Your part: Complete and return the workbook by email.


Step 2 — Pain Mapping: Our First Meeting
Plan 2–3 hours

In this session, we:

– Review your completed workbook (have your digital copy ready)
– Discuss your trauma history, including any secondary or forgotten traumas that may surface
– Outline the four Work Areas and your healing arc ahead for Trauma Release or the Options for Spirit Release.

After this session, you’ll receive the Preparation, Participation & Aftercare Guide (PPA Guide) via email.

Your part: Read Part 1 of the PPA Guide prior to our second meeting.
My part: I work with the notes we gathered, letting the material naturally organize and integrate in preparation for future work.

If you are buying A One-Off option, then we review the PPA Guide in Step 2.                                                There is no Step 3.


Step 3 — PPA Guide & Scheduling: Our Second Meeting
Plan 2–3 hours

We’ll review the PPA Guide together and finalize logistics.
Bring your calendar—we’ll schedule your first work sessions.

                                                                          

A NOTE ON SCHEDULING

Your time and investment—both financial and personal—matter deeply to me. My approach is thorough and intentional, drawing from a complete picture of your trauma history to deliver the highest outcome I can provide.

I’ve worked with clients globally for nearly two decades and am accustomed to unusual hours. While I remain flexible, there may be times I request you to meet me halfway for a particular appointment.
