A Note on How These Articles Come to Life

I have a confession to make.

My mind works in all directions simultaneously. Ideas arrive in clusters, in fragments, out of sequence, and occasionally at 3am when I am least equipped to do anything useful with them. I have been told my writing is too verbose. I have never disagreed.

What I have always had — and what no one can give you or take away — is the thinking itself. Years of it. Decades of personal experience, deep inner work, spiritual exploration, trauma healing, and the kind of hard-won knowing that only comes from actually living through something and coming out the other side changed.

I work with Claude, an AI created by Anthropic, as my writing partner and editor. I bring the raw material — the ideas, the frameworks, the personal stories, the philosophy, the arguments. Claude helps me shape them into something readable, logical, and worth your time.

The thinking is mine. Every word of it.
Claude has never once told me what to think,
what to believe, or what to write about.

What Claude does is take my beautiful mess
and help me find the through-line.

I am nearly 70 years old. I have been working on these ideas for most of my adult life. I am not going to apologize for finally finding a way to get them out of my head and onto a page in a form that actually serves you.

If anything, I am grateful. And I think you will be too.
