POSSESSION & EXORCISM
Re-Defined and De-Scarified
Don’t be afraid ~ let’s just clear a few things up.
The words possession and exorcism tend to evoke cinematic panic and religious dread. These concepts have been deliberately twisted to provoke fear rather than clarity because fear keeps us from understanding what is actually happening and from taking steps to address it.
Possession works until we become savvy to the what, who, how, and why of it. Once we understand the basic moving parts we can get out from under it.
An open mind and a willingness to reframe words and their meanings is all that is needed.
Possession: A Redefinition
Possession is not about spinning heads and dark rituals. At its simplest it is control through interference in the conscious and subconscious mind, the nervous system, the brain, and the bio-structural field.
The intent is the same regardless of the method: disruption. Blocking access to Who We Really Are ~ our Authentic Self ~ and with it our ability to feel joy, create freely, love easily, and live without constant internal friction.
Our feelings inform and affect every aspect of our Being ~ every choice we make, every relationship we enter, our overall quality of life. Possession keeps us from feeling good. That is the bottom line.
As long as we do not feel good we are under some form of possession or oppression from self-created energy, from duality-vested interference, or sometimes both. This may stem from:
✦ Non-native interference from other dimensions or planes
✦ Coded trauma patterns running in the subconscious
✦ Selves of Separation™ ~ wound-coded energy encapsulations in the field
✦ Energetic residue from others embedded in your bio-structural field
It does not always look dramatic. In fact it rarely does. Most possession is quiet, subtle, even friendly-seeming. Its job is simple: to keep us from our Sovereign Self and the life that becomes possible from that place.
Exorcism ~ Not What You Think
Exorcism is not a horror show. It is a clearing. A return. It means disconnecting from what does not belong. The Encarta World English Dictionary offers two definitions worth exploring:
1 A special ritual or spoken formula used with the intention of driving out evil spirits.
2 The act of ridding the mind of oppressive feelings or memories.

The so-called evil spirits may present theatrically because that is what we expect. But many intruding presences are not malevolent ~ they are disoriented, confused, or simply duality-vested. Lost and misplaced but still carrying frequencies you do not want in your field.
And, yes, very rarely an ugly mean one does appear. These are the spicy ones. Disruptive and aggressive. Fortunately when the facilitator is skilled even these are managed with clarity, calm, and finality.
The second definition ~ releasing oppressive feelings and wound memories ~ is where actual healing lives. When done well exorcism is not dramatic. It is thorough, thoughtful, and often quiet.

Why Is This Happening at All
Various theories exist about how we arrived in this situation. Some hold that we originally intended to create freely as Sovereign Beings in physical form with no interference and that Beings from other dimensions took advantage of that openness.
Others suggest we agreed to a degree of duality far less extreme than what we are now experiencing and that things went significantly off course. The details of how we got here are less important than understanding what to undo.
What matters now is getting out.
Duality — The Game We Are In
Possession is part of the mechanics of duality ~ the polarized field of Earth. On the polarity scale there are two ends and a center:
✦ The low end holds fear, confusion, and trauma ~ enforced by duality-vested entities
✦ The high end holds ecstasy, spiritual bypass, and extreme bliss ~ seemingly positive but still part of the trap
✦ Zero Point at the center is where your Authentic Self resides ~ calm, aware, unmanipulated
Here is what most sources will not tell you: both ends of the polarity scale feed on your emotional extremes. Both distract you from Zero Point.
The beings on the high end ~ what many traditions call angelic ~ are also part of the duality structure. They also feed off human focus and energy. They also keep the reincarnation cycle and the game going. Both the low-vibrational and the high-vibrational must go.
Zero Point ~ natural peace, calm joy, contentment ~ is the only entity-free zone. It is where the Authentic Self resides after all the accumulated goop is stripped away. That is the destination. And to get there we have to understand who the players are and how they operate.

How Entities Operate
They Generally Attach Through:
✦ Openings in the bio-structural field during non-neutral emotional states
✦ High fear or extreme emotional distress or extreme ecstatic bliss
✦ Agreements ~ known or unknown
✦ Hitchhiking with other energies already present in the field
✦ Outright hostile aggression in some cases
Once Present They Can:
✦ Embed in the nervous system
✦ Speak through the subconscious
✦ Generate cravings, despair, or intrusive thoughts
✦ Amplify what is already there or originate new distortions
✦ Affect from a distance ~ they do not have to be directly in the field to cause disruption
Each has a specialty. Some amplify existing patterns. Others generate new ones. Some are genuinely lost and carry no malevolent intention ~ but they still carry duality frequencies you do not want.
Whatever the case their presence is inappropriate. And in the Sovereign Core Process™ they are successfully relocated to their legitimate environments.
What the Sovereign Core Process™ Does
We do not chase or fight entities. We relocate them.
Sovereign Core Process™ is a methodical clearing process ~ quiet and effective. The goal is not warfare. It is liberation. These presences do not belong in your field. When removed you return to yourself. And no matter how you describe it ~ Spirit Release, exorcism, healing ~ it all means the same thing: disconnecting from that which hinders perfect alignment with your Authentic Self.
Exorcism is not a spectacle.
They are simply the problem and the solution to misalignment.
And the return to your Authentic Self.
