When the Trauma Isn’t Yours, But Still Lives In You
Trauma is not always personal. But its consequences are.
We are taught that our wounds are ours alone.
But in truth, we’re carrying far more than our share.
Some of that weight was passed down.
Some was embedded by the culture.
And some… doesn’t even belong to the human realm at all.
Most healing modalities don’t account for this.
They treat the visible symptoms—grief, anxiety, dysregulation—but overlook the invisible forces driving them. Yet those invisible forces are often the root.
You are not just a person with trauma.
You are a consciousness embedded in a matrix of seen and unseen influences.
And some of those influences are other BEings’ trauma, entangled with your own.
Their wounds distort your perception.
Their grief colors your choices.
Their presence muddies your inner voice.
To heal deeply, this has to be unwound.
Not just cleared—but skillfully separated, sorted, released.
That’s why I work at the intersection of systemic trauma resolution and spirit releasement therapy—because anything less would leave too much behind.
Most healing models don’t know how to hold both.
But this is what I do. Precisely. And powerfully.
This work is more than symptom relief. It's exit velocity from the game.
When the trauma isn’t recent
If you've lived through high-impact trauma—
and you're still carrying what never left—
this work was made for you.
